Ladies and Gentlemen

 

We would like to inform that we have in our works storage in Krakow many works submitted to previous (2009 and earlier) editions of the International Print Triennial in Krakow, which have not been received by the artists or were returned to us by post and currently have the status of a deposit. According to the resolution of the Board SMTG would like, in consultation with the authors, to determine the status of these works. We have sent an e-mail message to all concerned, to which we had contact. Unfortunately, part of the addresses were out of date, we didn't receive reply or e-mails were returned back. For some part of artists we do not have any contact at all. 

We would like to ask all artists, whose works could be still in our works storage to contact us in order to determine further status of theese works. They may be returned to the owner on his expense or donated to SMTG collection. 

The list of people whose works are currently held in the depository of our magazine is available in our office.

 

In case of no response until 30th of April 2014 all works currently held in our works storage as deposits will become the property of SMTG, which will be able to administrate with them in any way.

 

 

 

NOTE: That does not apply to MTG 2012 participants, MTG works from 2012 will be returned this year in accordance with the regulations of the competition.
